Recognizing signs of being unwell can vary depending on the individual and the specific circumstances. Some common indicators include persistent physical symptoms, changes in mood or behavior, difficulty functioning in daily life, or a noticeable decline in overall well-being. If you have concerns about your health, it is recommended to consult with a healthcare professional for a proper evaluation and guidance.

It's important to pay attention to your mental health and seek help if you experience persistent or worsening symptoms. If you find it difficult to cope with everyday tasks, have persistent feelings of sadness, hopelessness, or anxiety, notice significant changes in appetite or sleep patterns, or struggle with interpersonal relationships, it may be a sign to seek support from a mental health professional. Remember, seeking help is a proactive step towards self-care and well-being.

Some of the most common mental illnesses include depression, anxiety disorders (such as generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, and social anxiety disorder), bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and schizophrenia. However, it's important to note that mental health conditions can vary greatly, and it's best to consult with a qualified mental health professional for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment.
