Cancellations & Missed Appointments
- Clients have 24 hours to cancel or reschedule a scheduled appointment. If the client cancels or reschedules in less than 24 hours or does not show up, he or she will be charged the full fee.

- We abide by the College of Registered Psychotherapist Ontario’s (CRPO) standards of ethics and confidentiality, as well as HIPAA.

As much as our therapists deserve fair compensation for their expertise and time, our primary commitment remains the health and well-being of everyone who seeks our services. To ensure clarity and transparency, we offer the following fixed session rates:
- Individual Therapy: $180
- Couples Therapy: $200
- Family Therapy (up to five members): $250
